Winter Climbing

Scotland offers some of the most exiting, varied and accessible winter climbing in the world.  The sun may not always be shining, but when it is, that is the icing on the cake.  Climb some of the classic gullies, ice or mixed routes and take away a whole heap of memories and experience.

Winter Skills

The mountains seem to become even more attractive to many when covered in snow, but without preparation, skills, knowledge and the right equipment epics are not far round the corner.  Winter skills training can provide the skills and confidence to take the next step – and keep safe.

Scrambling on the Aonach Eagach Ridge in Glen Coe, Tower Ridge on Ben Nevis or honing rock skills on one of the many accessible crags inland or on the coast provides options whatever the weather.  Failing that, there is lots to be learnt indoors when beaten by the weather.

Summer Walking

Scotland offers some of the most diverse and stunning walking – well, anywhere.  From the dramatic and at times pretty remote north west, to the ever popular Munros of Lochaber, there is lots to see and do.   Hill training will cover essentials such as planning, route selection, equipment, navigation and emergencies.
